Organic products are often appraised for their benefits to health and the environment. There is a lot of hype around organic and not wrongly so. But when it comes to farming and producing organic food, you should be aware.
Plant-based or plant-forward eating patterns focus on foods primarily from plants. This includes not only fruits and vegetables, but also nuts, seeds, oils, whole grains, legumes, and beans. It doesn’t mean that you are vegetarian.
It’s difficult to overemphasize how vital healthy soil is to life on Earth. Think about it. Crops and other plants grow in it, not only providing food, shelter, and beauty but also oxygen. In addition to being a critical piece of our overall.
